3. Are Electronic Statements an automatic opt in process? |
Yes, new clients who open UTRADE accounts from 1 Oct 2016 will be automatically included for this service.
Existing UTRADE clients will be progressively enrolled from 1 Oct 2016.

4. Will I still be receiving paper statements after I have been enrolled in Electronic Statements? |
Once you have been enrolled in Electronic Statements, you will no longer receive physical copy of your statements and contract notes.

5. What Electronic Statements will I be able to access? |
Once we have enrolled your account for Electronic Statements, you will be able to access the following electronically:
- Monthly Statement of Account and Custody Statement (Sample)
(include holdings for both Singapore and Foreign markets custodised with UOB Kay Hian)
- Contract notes (Sample)
- Contra (Sample)
You will receive an email notification alert when your Electronic Statements are ready for viewing.
Push Notifications for Electronic Statements are also available on UTRADE iPhone/Android mobile devices. Refer to user guide for more information.

6. How do I view my Electronic Statements? |
Step 1: Log in to your UTRADE account
Step 2: Go to Portfolio and select E-Statement
Step 3: Select “Account”, “Statement Type” and “Transaction Period” accordingly and click “Submit”

7. Will I be able to view my past statements/contracts online prior to the enrolment? |

8. When can I view my Electronic Statements? |
The monthly statement will be ready after the 7th working day of the following month.
The contract note will be ready on the next working day after the trade is done.
You will receive email notification alerts when your Electronic Statements are ready.
To receive email notification alerts, do remember to update your latest email address with us.

9. Can I update my email address via UTRADE platform? |
No. To update your email address, please complete the ‘Update of Personal Particulars’ form and email the completed form to contact@utrade.com.sg.
Note:
Email address provided under UTRADE Alert Configuration page is solely for the purpose of receiving stock and order alerts, it will not be used for sending email notification alerts when your E-Statements are ready for viewing.

10. Why do I not receive the email notification for Electronic Statements? |
Please check your spam folder and your email filtering setting.

11. Can I save or print a copy of my Electronic Statements? |
Yes. You can print, download and save them for your own reference and archival. Click on the respective icon to print or save.

12. Can I access Electronic Statements on UTRADE Mobile App? |
No, you will only be able to access Electronic Statements on UTRADE web platform.

13. Will I receive Electronic Statements if my trading account is not linked to internet facility? |
No, you will continue to receive paper statements and contracts by mail. If you wish to receive electronic statements for your account, kindly complete and mail us the “Online Trading Facility Activation” form.

14. How do I opt out of Electronic Statements to go back to paper statements and contracts? |
To opt out, please print, sign and mail us the Opt-Out form. It will take approximately 1 week to process your request.
Once opt-out, it shall apply to both monthly statements and contracts and you will no longer be able to access your past Electronic Statements. To keep records of your past Electronic Statements, download and save them before opting out.

15. How do I request for past statements? |
If you wish to request for past statements, kindly contact our Client Services at +65 6536 9338 or email to contact@utrade.com.sg. An administrative fee of S$20+ GST per statement will apply.
