Institutional Sales - Based in Canada, Toronto office

Reporting to the Head of office, the successful candidate will be responsible for: -

  • Developing new institutional client relationships and business in the US and Canada
  • Providing support to the Head of office
  • Working with other colleagues to resolve institutional clients’ inquiries and other business requirements


  • Degree from reputable university
  • Team player with good interpersonal, marketing and analytical skills
  • Willing to work long hours and able to follow instructions
  • Able to make cold calls to prospect and meet clients. Methodological, creative and proactive in their approach to prospective clients
  • Candidates with good knowledge of the markets in the Far East, and their languages and/or candidates with product knowledge and sales experience will be preferred
  • Candidates with prior experience dealing with North American institutional clients will be especially preferred.
  • Series 7 and 63 licences a plus

Sales Associate Programme

We are the largest securities brokerage in Singapore. From equities, bonds and unit trusts to contracts for difference (CFDs) and foreign exchange, we have the right solutions for every type of investors.

As a professional equity sales dealer, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and assist them in equities dealings and investment in other financial products, and building relationships, among others, in this fast-pace and exciting environment.

  • Providing trading and investment support for your clients;
  • Participating in roadshows.

Client Services Officer


  1. Attend to walk-in clients
  2. Perform administrative duties


  • Internet-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Preferably effectively bilingual

Compliance Senior Officer/Officer

You will report to the Senior Compliance Manager. Your main responsibilities include

  • Assisting in compliance functions such as designing and performing compliance monitoring / surveillance and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing advisory support to business units and the management and conducting investigations
  • Assisting in training on compliance issues
  • Preparing periodic reports to the Senior Management or relevant Committee on compliance reporting based on FAA, SFA and related relevant regulations requirement.


  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal or External Audit.
  • Knowledge of MAS and SGX regulations
  • Strong ability in assessing the appropriateness of the FI's compliance procedures and guidelines and evaluating compliance with requirements
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to significant interaction with both senior and experienced colleagues across the organization.
  • Independent worker with strong analytical skills, high level of integrity, drive and sense of urgency.

Contract Officer


  • Processing of SGX and foreign markets contracts
  • Compilation of data for Regulatory and Management reporting
  • Identify gap and suggest solutions for operational workflow
  • Attend to trading representatives' enquires
  • Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects


  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in trade operations either in stockbroking firms, custodians or banks
  • A team player with good interpersonal, writing and communicating skills
  • Able to work independently and on extended hours

Custody Officer


  1. Ensure timely and accurate corporate action processing and clients’ entitlement
  2. Document and process clients’ stock transfer requests


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
  • Good monitoring skills on deadlines
  • Must be proficient in excel and Microsoft words
  • Able to work independently
  • A team player with good verbal and writing skills

E-Business Officer


  1. Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing activities and supporting materials for online products
  2. Promotion write up, monitoring and analysis of promotion response
  3. Compilation of monthly marketing reports
  4. Identify new trends, technology, services/products which can help increase usage and attract more users, including competitor analysis
  5. Administering and operation support of seminars and reward subscription
  6. Investigate and follow-up on business operational issues. Perform UAT for Trading System.
  7. Handle and resolving enquiries, feedbacks on the Internet Trading Platform, marketing promotions/activities via email, phone or face to face.
  8. Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises
  9. Involve in ad-hoc project


  • Diploma and above with at least 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh University graduates may also apply)
  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented attitude
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin coupled with strong writing skills (to liase with associates)
  • Must have ability to multitask and manage daily workload
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice

E-Business Officer (Developer)


  1. Involve in creating new ideas for web and mobile solutions
  2. Perform end-user requirement gathering and studies; and propose new systems specifications
  3. Maintain existing and develop new code bases and collaborate with the team in planning and performing modifications or enhancements
  4. Support testing, troubleshooting and debugging of web and mobile solutions
  5. Design and deliver end-user training materials; provide technical support as necessary


  • Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application development
  • Minimum of at least 1 SDLC experience in banking environment
  • Strong technical skills in JAVA JDK, JAVA J2EE, HTML5, JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax,Oracle database, Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX Shell scripting
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
  • Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end applications according to specifications

E-Business Officer (System)


  1. Monitor system to ensure system uptime
  2. Planning, testing and implementing our E-Business systems.

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following Unix, Shell scripting, databases.

Internal Auditor (Operations)

You will report to the Senior Internal Audit Manager. Your main responsibility is to carry out financial / operational audits, business process reviews and compliance audits to ensure that the company complies with the governing authorities’ rules and regulations as well as with the company’s policies and internal control procedures.

These duties will include:

  • Developing audit plans and programs, and reviewing systems of internal controls
  • Performing audit tests to determine compliance with prevailing policies and procedures
  • Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness in accomplishment of objectives and goals established for various organisational and functional activities within the Group
  • Identifying critical issues and recommending the appropriate courses of action / improvements for the organisation’s operations
  • Prepare information on audit findings, and feedback to immediate supervisor, and to follow up on agreed actions from previous audits
  • Travelling around the region is expected


  • Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Accountancy with at least 1 year of relevant working experience Candidates who are currently taking professional qualification in Accountancy and fresh graduates can be considered
  • Knowledge of local legislation such as Securities and Futures Act and Regulations, Commodity Trading Act and Singapore Exchange Rules; would be advantageous

IT Application Developer


  • Developing applications systems

  • Min Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experienced in SQL Server (2005, 2008, 2010, 2012), Visual Studio 2008/ 2010/ 2012), DotNet framework, ASP.Net, C#, Windows Communication Foundation (Web service)
  • Experienced in web designing (GUI designing) preferred

IT Officer (Server)


  • To assist in the server and user administration
  • Housekeeping and server maintenance

IT Technical Support Officer


  • To man the IT helpdesk as 1st level support
  • To provide 2nd level technical support to desktop users

Private Wealth Equity Analyst
The Private Wealth Equity Analyst reports to and assists the Head of Retail Research in preparing client presentation materials. He/she will analyze the financial and operating status of listed companies and sectors by collecting, monitoring, and studying data (secondary research); writing recommendation products such as product idea sales notes and pitchbooks.


  1. Screen through research reports by various financial institutions
  2. Analyse current and past financial data and performance
  3. Comprehend company fundamentals, market trends and macro environmental conditions
  4. Sift through large amounts of information to propose and highlight research product ideas
  5. Create and prepare multiple product ideas notes weekly
  6. Consolidate and maintain pitchbooks, monthly summaries and any other related presentation materials
  7. Assist and provide other support functions required to the Head of Retail Research


  • Able to rapidly comprehend large amounts of information
  • Able to read fluently in English and Mandarin
  • Able to write proficiently in Engllish

Settlement Officer


  1. Ensure settlement instructions are sent to custodians for matching
  2. Ensure timely processing of trades to avoid settlement failure
  3. Monitor trades status and follow up with counter parties on unmatched or failed trades


  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations either in stockbroking firms, custodians or banks
  • Proficient in MS office and Excel
