     Top Calls

CapitaCom Trust - There is substantial debt headroom for the potential acquisition of the remaining stake in CapitaGreen, which is likely to increase yield accretion in 2H16.
Lian Beng - As Lian Beng’s property development projects reach completion in the next two years, we expect the group to progressively receive cash proceeds from its JVs and associates.
KREIT SP - Favourable lease expiry profile and healthy rental headroom alongside nascent expansionary demand from tech players to bode well despite incoming office space supply. Upside of 28.4% while valuations remain attractive at 7.2% yield and 0.66x P/B.
