Who is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)?

TSX is the main market for senior equity securities in Canada². It is one of the largest stock exchanges in North America by listing and the ninth largest in the world by market capitalisation³. The exchange is home to over 1,500 companies, including Constellation Software Inc, Aphria Inc, Shopify and Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd⁴.

Who is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV)?

TSXV is a public venture capital marketplace for emerging or early-stage companies, particularly in Canada’s rich natural resource sector⁶. It has over 1,600 companies listed and nearly 400 included in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The exchange is made up primarily of mining and trading energy companies and contains mostly of small- cap Canadian stocks with prominent operations in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario⁷.
