Download the new token app now on your mobile device to enjoy greater convenience and flexibility anytime, anywhere.

How to set up the UTRADE Token App?

Step 1: Download UTRADE Token and set up your Token PIN.

1.	Scan the QR codes below to download the UTRADE Token App.

Note: For clients using the UTRADE SG Mobile/Tablet apps, please ensure that you have updated them to the latest versions before registering for the UTRADE Token. Please also ensure that your device's clock is synced to the internet (Go to your phone's Settings -> Search for Time -> Set to Automatic).

2.	Set up your 6 to 10 digit Token PIN. You will need this PIN to unlock your UTRADE Token app every time you use it. You may also wish to enable fingerprint or face authentication for easier access (depending on what is available on your device).

Step 2: Perform a one-time registration for your account on the UTRADE Token app.

1.	At the Token Registration page, enter your existing UTRADE ID and Password.




2.	Select Email or SMS where you would like the one-time activation code to be sent to.




3.	Retrieve the activation code which was sent to your Email or SMS and enter the code accordingly.




4.	Your UTRADE Token is now activated. Click on “CONTINUE” to proceed to the OTP page. A confirmation Email/SMS will be sent to you upon successful activation.

Step 3: Generating your OTP

To generate an OTP, click “GENERATE OTP”and use the 6-digit OTP to log in to UTRADE.
