Medtecs International Corporation Limited (“Medtecs” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading personal protective equipment (“PPE”) and hospital service provider. Headquartered in Taiwan, the Group has manufacturing facilities in the Philippines, Cambodia and China, and is a key supplier to global PPE companies, exporting to over 30 countries.

Medtecs also serves as a one-stop vendor to hospitals, supplying PPE, workwear and medical consumables to more than 200 hospitals in Taiwan and the Philippines. It is also a key partner for Taiwan’s and Singapore’s national PPE stockpiles.

William Yang, Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer

William Yang was appointed an Executive Director on 2 September 2013 and as Chief Executive Officer on 2 May 2018. William Yang joined Medtecs in 2005 and was the General Manager of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Greenway Medical Apparatus Co., Ltd. since 1 March 2007, and General Manager of the Company’s subsidiary, Medtecs (Taiwan) Corporation since 1 July 2010. As General Manager of the two subsidiaries, he took an active role in the marketing, production, human resources and finance departments.

William Yang has over 10 years of experience in the textile industry, with majority of those years devoted to developments of medical consumables and Hospital Service for the health care industry.

William Yang graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2005.

James Lin, Head of Group Management Office

James Lin is Head of Medtecs’ Group Management Office since February 2017, where he takes a lead role in the development of company strategies and new business. He also oversees the Group's overall financial and operational activities.

James Lin has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector and strategic planning. Prior to Medtecs, he was the Head of Planning Department at Bank Taiwan Life Insurance.

James Lin holds a Master’s in Finance from the National Cheng Chi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Central University in Taiwan.
