S-REITs 2H25 Results Wrap

S-REITs would be active in asset recycling in 2026 supported by depressed domestic interest rates. The downward pressure on domestic interest rates would be aggravated by the huge influx of liquidity seeking shelter in Singapore as a safe haven. M&A activities could be a positive surprise.
